Job Overview

We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee and manage our operations in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

1-3 years of agency experience required

CIBIL Score should be above 650

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of market trends and customer needs

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Self-motivated and result-oriented

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff in the Salem region

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure effective execution of sales and operational activities

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Coordinate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities for management review

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
