HCM Conv Lead_CBS

As an HCM (Human Capital Management) Cloud Conversion Lead your role involves managing and overseeing the conversion process during the implementation of an HCM Cloud system. Your responsibilities include coordinating data migration activities ensuring the accurate transfer of HR and employee data from legacy systems to the cloud platform. You'll collaborate with project teams stakeholders and vendors to define conversion strategies map data structures and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the migration. Strong leadership project management skills and expertise in HCM Cloud functionalities are essential for success in this role. Additionally you'll play a key role in training and supporting end-users post-conversion. Should work independently and have very good communication skill.
