Project Architect

Our staff of over 250 employees work on projects ranging from high-density housing developments to sustainability-focused tech campuses to restaurants for MVPs like Michael Mina to memorable spaces for brands like Tesla, Allbirds, Invisalign, West Elm, and the world's top luxury brands. We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team in Mumbai, India.

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities.

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff.

Lead the production team to create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup or other medium.

Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes and comments to junior staff.

Coordinate work between staff and consultants.

Revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins and addendums

Issue documents for bids and permits.

Perform job site visits to review progress of construction; prepare and issue field reports.

Implement ways to improve production methods

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

6-10 years of experience in Architecture

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
