TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

About the Role: We're on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at E2P Maart Pvt.Ltd. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, connecting top talent with exciting opportunities within our leading retail industry company.Â

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across all levels and departments.

2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

4. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience.

6. Collaborate with the HR team to on board new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles

What We're Looking For: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in Retail Industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

7. Passion for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
