Qualifications

1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Previous experience with hiring Mass hiring.

Fluency in English language

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of recruitment laws and HR principles

Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking software

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
