Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams preferably in a D2C Company

Utilize expertise in injection molding techniques to guide product design and development, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and consumer demands.

Define product specifications, features, and performance criteria based on market insights and technical understanding.

Work closely with design and engineering teams to create prototypes and oversee product testing.

Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and quality control processes related to injection molding.

Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales forecasts for new product launches.

Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on injection moulding.

Deep understanding of injection moulding processes, materials, and manufacturing technologies.

Proficiency in CAD software and product design tools is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.

Excellent project management abilities and the capacity to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
