As a IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified professionals on a contractual basis to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful placement of IT talent in various projects and assignments.

Description: We're seeking Recruiters with experience working with IT/Engineering clients

skill sets. To join our exceptional talent advisory team, you should be well-versed in proactively sourcing and maintaining your own recruiting pipeline.

Having 3-4 Years of Proven Experience in the Domestic IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of domestic IT Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc., to submitting the Bench Consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules, and placing the Consultants at the best deals.

Experience in working with Contract & FTE positions.
