Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry,

4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements, including WHO-GMP.

Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Knowledge of relevant software for quality documentation and data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is desirable.

Roles And Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production to identify any deviations or non-conformities.

Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and testing records.

Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.

Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and the implementation of effective corrective actions.
