As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services needed for our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Qualifications And Skills

Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate

1 to 3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar purchasing role.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement processes and regulations

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software

Ability to work well independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed

Coordinate with various departments to determine procurement needs

Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

Resolve any supply or delivery issues that may arise

Monitor market trends and research new products

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines

Suggest cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
