Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Excel VBA Developer. The Excel VBA Developer will be responsible for macro creation, and developing visual basic applications. The Excel VBA Developer will also be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to develop optimal action plans.

Qualifications

Macro Programming

Excel VBA programming, macro creation, and visual basic application development

Create macros to automate repetitive calculations and tabulations

Test and debug macros to ensure they are working correctly

Provide technical support to end-users who are using macros

Document macros and provide training to end-users on how to use them

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in macro development

Data Analysis

Use state-of-the-art software to plan and execute research projects to meet the specific client objectives

Dive deep into the social media conversations to pull out all the relevant information and record them into the software

Train the machine-learning models by checking and correcting the automated output, and feed them back into our proprietary state-of-the-art software platform

Team Management

Responsible for directing and allocating work to staff to ensure that the timelines are being met

Monitoring and performing quality checks on their work to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed

Give guidance to staff in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes

Qualifications

Microsoft Excel VBA & Macros Certification

At least 1 year Experience in MS Excel Macros Programming

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills

Excellent Hindi reading, comprehension and writing (Devnagari Script) skills

Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree
