Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Scrum Master. The Technical Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing and leading the software development process, ensuring that it is executed effectively and efficiently. The Technical Scrum Master will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, and will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events and ceremonies.

Qualifications

Experience in software development and Scrum methodology

Strong leadership and project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience with agile development practices

Experience with Jira or similar project management tools

Scrum Master Certification or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in cybersecurity is a plus

Opening if for Technical Scrum Master/TPM from Cloud Migration background:-

Location – Chennai and Hyderabad(WFO)-Hybrid Mode

Mandatory skill set : Cloud expertise ( AWS, Azure, GCP)

Worked on Migration Projects

Good to have : Prior working exp in Telecom Domain

Notice Period : Immediate
