Working model: Onsite working

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:30am - 8pm

Budget: 7-9 LPA (Based on previous CTC + work ex)

Experience: 3-5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Devise comprehensive strategies for performance marketing campaigns, incorporating a blend of digital channels to achieve business objectives.

Implement and execute campaigns with a strategic focus on driving traffic to the website, generating leads for the salons, and maximising conversion rates.

Take charge of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

Continuously optimise campaigns to enhance performance, ensuring a balanced approach between customer acquisition and return on investment.

Collaborate with senior management to define and refine brand positioning and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new products, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.

Ensure uniform messaging and visual identity across all channels by working closely with the creative team.

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance website and landing page designs, ensuring an optimal user experience that contributes to increased conversion rates.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform ongoing marketing strategies and adapt to market changes.

Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach, foster partnerships, and drive incremental sales.

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging existing customers and nurturing leads.

Strategize and execute campaigns with the goal of driving traffic to the website and generating leads specifically tailored to support salon-related activities.

Take responsibility for CRM activities, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring effective communication and engagement with the brand.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in brand management: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods sector.

Ability to develop innovative strategies and campaigns to differentiate the brand in the market

Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines..

Proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting strategies based on market changes.
