Requirements:

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

● Ability to read and understand building drawings and schematics

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● Ability to work flexible hours

● Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred
