Role:

As a Finance lead at Intugine, you will report to the CEO and your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up, also work to maintain key financial models, assist with the budgeting process and manage the ongoing monthly forecasts for our multiple brands. Collaborating across the company, you will provide strategic support to senior leadership ensuring smart, well-informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Taking the lead on all financial and management reporting - creating the management reporting pack, and KPI Dashboards and offering useful insights.

Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.

Maintains accounting system and building internal control system.

Lead the financial planning and reporting process across several key areas.

Working Capital management – accurately predicts the monthly net cash positions.

Work with a wide group of investors and manage the relations and requirements.

Review and manage the Monthly internal reporting to senior management.

Collaborate with the business to develop & maintain processes, systems & policies

Varied, operational business partnering across various non-finance divisions

Lead, mentor, and motivate a small existing team and manage hiring as needed.

Prepare budget vs actual, draw down reasons, and discuss with Team Leads. Update budget if required for future periods.

Present and explain the budget and actual vs budget to management, CXOs, and investor

Assist lead, and management with assigned tasks and prepare required & when details for analysis

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6+ years, preferably in a start-up environment (Post CA)

Inquisitive, commercially savvy and solution-driven

Proven ability to take ownership to drive improvements within Finance functions
