We will need AD L3 with Below skillsets,

Active Directory Design and Architecture: Design, implement, and upgrade Active Directory services to meet organizational requirements.

Plan and execute Active Directory forest and domain migrations.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance the scalability and performance of the Active Directory infrastructure.

Expertise on DNS, DHCP, NPS, RADIOUS and other networking protocols.

CA server upgrade

Group Policy Management:Develop and enforce group policies for security, compliance, and standardization.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to group policies.

Security and Authentication:Implement and manage Active Directory security measures, including access controls, authentication mechanisms, and account policies.

Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices to safeguard the Active Directory environment.

Integration and Collaboration:Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and applications.

Provide technical expertise and support for projects involving Active Directory integration.

Troubleshooting and Support:Provide Level 3 support for complex Active Directory issues.

Analyze and resolve problems related to authentication, replication, and directory services.

Documentation and Training:Maintain comprehensive documentation for Active Directory configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Conduct training sessions for IT staff on Active Directory best practices and procedures.

Upgrades and Patch Management:Plan and execute upgrades and patch management activities for Active Directory servers.

Stay informed about the latest Microsoft updates and security patches.
