Job Overview
We are seeking a Female Company Secretary with Junior level experience to join our team. As a Company Secretary, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth functioning of the company. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary.
Knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and compliance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, including annual returns and board resolutions.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and legal documents.
Coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Ensure compliance with company laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the company's corporate records and files.
Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents and contracts.
Manage the company's secretarial and administrative functions.
