Roles And Responsibilities

Preparing and updating all matters in relation ISO 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 Certification standard

Ensuring all compliances in relation to EHS.

Preparation of Incident Investigation report. Corrective Action analysis and follow up.

Hazardous and Risk identification in Production Floor.

Conducting Safety related awareness program.

Acting as chairperson of Safety committee and reviewing the outcome Safety committee meet.

Following and establishing procedure of Emergency preparedness.

Establishing SOPs on PPE usage.

Developing all EHS related procedures.

Recording near misses, unsafe conditions and Activities periodically.

Ensuring good performance of Firefighting and Fire alarm system.

Preparing Training calendar in line with the requirement of EHS.

Conducting Internal Audit and Site Safety Walk.

Maintaining STP & ETP as per Pollution norms.

Maintaining Hazardous waste disposal record as per Pollution norms.

Filing Annual returns in PCB portal.

Liaison role with PCB, Fire dept, Health and Inspector of factories.

Lead Audit Management for ISO 14001-2015 & ISO45001-2018.

Risk Assessment. Aspect Impact Assessment / HIRA aspect and impact assessment.

Instant Investigation.

Compliance Knowledge on EHS Matter.
