Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Executive to join our team at IIFL Finance. As an Audit Executive, you will be responsible for conducting audits of the company's gold loan operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position based in Sangrur, Punjab, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree required

1 to 3 years of experience in valuation gold

Knowledge of gold loan operations and related regulatory requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in using auditing software and MS Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct audits of gold loan operations and assess compliance with internal policies and procedures

Identify and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities in loan transactions

Review and analyze reports, and records to ensure accuracy

Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management

Recommend and implement improvements to internal controls and processes

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to gold loan operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to audit guidelines

Provide guidance and training to junior audit staff
