Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions on the AWS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust data pipelines, optimize data storage and retrieval, and ensure data integrity and security.

Skills Required:

1. Experience in working with Python, PySpark and any SQL.

2. Strong experience in AWS serverless data pipeline using Glue, Lambda, and Amazon EMR.

3. Experience working in processing real-time data using Kinesis Data Stream and Kinesis Data Firehose.

4. Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms for cost-effectiveness using DynamoDB, Athena, S3, and Lake Formation.

5. Experience in building the workflow using Step Function.

6. Ability to monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues and implement necessary optimizations.

7. Ability to analyze and design cloud architecture.

Nice to have:

1. Understanding of Docker, cloud deployment.

2. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.

3. Should know the building solution with any ETL tool.
