Role Description
The Office Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of the organization. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru, India. The Office Executive will be responsible for managing communications with stakeholders, providing administrative assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the Office Executive will manage office administration, including accounting tasks.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Experience in Accounting
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
Any Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Preference will be given to people who are passionate about working in an NGO
BSW/MSW Graduates are given 1st Preference
Good English and Social media Communication
Kannada will be an added advantage
Local residents around Electronic City, Bannerghatta road, Begur, and Bommanahalli are given priority
