This position will work on multiple Middleware Integration projects as an Integration Architect with hands on experience. Works on highly complex projects that require in-depth technical knowledge on Oracle SOA platform.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

In depth knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite products like BPEL,OSB, B2b and have delivered complex integrations using these capabilities.

Having good knowledge on Oracle SOA Administration and setup will be a plus

Additional knowledge on Boomi or Informatica Platform and Integrations Build

Ensure the EAI/middleware solution caters to standards, scalability and reusability

Lead and coordinate the Integrations/Middleware domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction in the projects aligned with.

Analyse, design, and develop design pattern, and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.

Review and/or analyse and develops architectural requirements at Integrations/Middleware domain level within product portfolio or team.

Participates and contributes to the Integrations/Middleware Governance Council.

Owns the development of data patterns and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.

Leads the research and evaluation of emerging Integrations technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.

Plays key role in the impact assessment of design and implementations for upgrades. Assist in setting standards for overall organization's middleware platforms

Implementation of solutions as per the designs and ability to highlight the risks and come up with mitigation plans

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines (personal and team, including contractors, as applicable)

Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Develop quality culture within team, as applicable, assuring openness for employees to report issues and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 'STEM' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 years of experience

6 to 12 years of IT experience with Middleware technologies

Desired Characteristics

5+ years' experience designing, developing, leading integration architecture in a global organization using multiple design patterns (Real-time, ETL, Messaging, API, etc.) utilizing Oracle SOA 12c, BOOMI, Informatica, APIGEE and Globascape.

Ability to understand and link up business process requirements to tool set capabilities

Experience with a variety of relevant Web Services technologies, including RESTFUL APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs, understand Oracle SOA, SFTP/PGP/SSL and Microservices.

Good experience contributing to a large Middleware Platform. This includes designing and managing High availability architecture, DR strategy, platform upgrade and security.

Experience in architecting global, large-scale application integrations, which span within and outside (B2B) the enterprise

Experience in integrating very large Enterprise applications ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.), CRM systems (Siebel), Salesforce etc.,

Experience in defining and configuring encryption and security standards in the integration framework.

Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Multi-Tier Architecture.

Ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc.

Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously

Drive to learn new technology and build in-depth expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills including influencing/negotiation skills

Analytic, creative, and business-focused problem solver

Experience/knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc.

Comfortable in writing SQL queries to extract data

Experience /Knowledge of Unix scripting or some other scripting language (python, Ruby etc.)

Experience in cloud platforms like AWS / Azure
