Clinical Research Trainer (Full Time/Part Time)

We are looking for qualified and experienced Clinical Research Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Research, including expertise in Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, and Medical Writing. The candidate should be passionate about education and possess the ability to deliver high-quality training to college students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

Conduct both offline and online training sessions on Clinical Research topics for students.

Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training modules in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, and Medical Writing.

2. Curriculum Development:

Design and update training materials, ensuring content is relevant and up-to-date with industry standards.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training programs based on industry trends and advancements.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess student understanding through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.

Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.

4. Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest developments in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, and Medical Writing.

5. Collaboration:

Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure a holistic and comprehensive training approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field..

Proven experience in Clinical Research with expertise in Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Data Management, and Medical Writing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Previous experience in teaching or training is a plus.
