Vacancy for Designation:Field Service Engineer – High Energy.

Job Description: Responsible for below mentioned -

On site High energy X Ray Imaging system machines Installation.

Installation of Linear accelerator and alignment of Detectors

Overview of machine layout and construction work

Diagnosis of faults in container scanner and Linear accelerator

Complete Maintenance of Drive-through High energy portal machines – CM+PM.

Testing and Repairsand replacement of faulty spare parts at site

Respond timely and attend complaint calls from site immediately.

Provide technical support on phone calls and emailsas required.

Excellent rapport building with port staff and customs dept.

Input and maintain all data in Service Data base.

Spare parts accurate identification and inventory check-on site.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computers, Electronics or Mechanical Engg.

Minimum 2 to 3 years technical support or field service support experience.

Mandatory experience with drive-through container scanners. Or Gantry container scanner or mobile container scanner

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to travel regularly within India and internationally to various work sites along with a valid passport.

Ability to travel minimum 25% of time.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in Team.

Ability to positively give and receive feedback.

Provide regular updates to reporting manager and team.

Professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.

Fluent in both written and verbal English.

Ability to train scanner operators.
