Position: Senior Executive – HR
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
HR Processes and Global Initiatives
Assist in driving EVP for the Intl HR Plant team.
Drive safety and food safety culture at the Mandideep Plant.
Assist in driving Global Employee Engagement Survey.
Coordinate with the HO team to drive engagement for social media platform (LinkedIn)
Assist in plant Talent Management Process.
Carry out succession plans by working with PLT.
Gather and review talent related data to gain insights on succession planning.
Implement HR initiatives /MDP that balance and meet the needs of the people as well as the needs of the organisation.
Support talent review sessions and goal setting process of the hourly.
L&D
Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the Mandideep Team (Quality, Production, Engg, Stores and Logistics)
Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
Organize training materials and training programs.
Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget.
Track and assess the progress of trainees along with trainer feedback.
Assign compliance trainings on LMS
Drive L&D Pillar as a part of Lean
Employee Engagement, Induction and Onboarding and DEI
Execute Induction & Orientation program for new joiners.
Conceptualize, plan and execute employee engagement and to execute engagement initiatives (Monthly Plant Townhall, Joining Announcement, Chai pe Charcha, Embrace, Growth Program etc..)
Work closely with cross functional teams to lead Manufacturing Incentive Program
Develop strategies that support a diverse and inclusion work culture ( DEI)
Keep a track of the diversity performance metrics.
Create a strong talent pipeline based on diversity for future reference.
Staying updated on the latest policy related to diversity.
Ethics and Compliance
Be a part of Ethics and Compliance committee and spread awareness of Hershey's speak up culture and are also local resources who might support employees by offering a safe and confidential channel to raise compliance questions and concerns.
Lead the Annual Integrity Day

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience/ MBA in HR fresher
