Area Sales Manager - EV Industry

GK RICKSHAW LTD is a manufacturer of electric vehicles including E Rickshaw. Our mission is to provide sustainable and pollution-free transportation options for the future. Our new manufacturing unit in Hooghly, Bengal will employ 200 people and have the capacity to produce 30,000 vehicles per year. We have plans to export our products to countries such as Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Africa.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager in Guwahati. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work with dealers and distributors to increase market share in the electric vehicle industry.

Qualifications

Sales management experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry

Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service principles

Ability to lead and motivate a sales team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An understanding of the technical aspects of electric vehicles is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
