Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining files. The Administrative Assistant will also provide executive administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Other qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the food production industry, knowledge of basic accounting principles, and proficiency in other languages.
