We are about to cross 100k on our LinkedIn page. Looking for social media geeks who can take this forward to 300k.

Key Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business and brand goals

Work towards increasing brand awareness, and brand recall of Supersourcing through social media

Set specific objectives and report on ROI

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and product to ensure brand consistency

Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Carousels, videos, memes)

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements And Skills

Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Social media executive/manager

Hands-on experience in content management

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills
