Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Sales at our office in Lucknow. The Manager of Sales will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales operations, creating and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in creating and implementing business plans

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in sales operations and sales team management

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs

Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Have Brief Knowledge about working Capital, Business Loan, Project Finance, Project Loan.

Salary : UPTO 10 Lakh LPA.
