About MULTISPORT PROGRAM FOR 3-8 Yrs Old, in partnership with SportyBeans

We are recruiting for our multi-sports program in partnership with SportyBeans, India's premier multi-sport program for children, operating since 2009. Their sports curriculum teaches children the fundamentals of 9 popular ball sports in a social, non-competitive, team-based environment. It seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle and develop a lifelong passion for physical activity and sports.

Primary Responsibilities:Â

The major responsibility of the Curio Facilitators will be to facilitate the respective program that they are applying for -Sports / STEAM / Reading & Storytelling / Creative Writing Improve existing curriculum and come up with new lesson plans In addition to students, they must be able to interact with parents and school administrators.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in interacting with the parents to answer their doubts, and provide feedback on a child's performance. Assist the operations team with respect to procuring the material for the center and helping tie up with new centers. Help coordinate the recruitment drives and launch the first two batches of a new collaboration before a dedicated facilitation team is recruited for that program And other such things Involvement with the business operations.

Prior Experience & Qualifications:

The teacher must be child-friendly and must have the patience to deal with children. The teacher must be passionate about facilitating the program that they are applying for. Teachers must have proficiency in English. We will train our teachers for the requirements of each program.

Full Time Engagement:

5-day week engagement with full-time facilitators: Tue to Sat - 9:30 to 7:30 pm plus Sunday: 9:30am-2:30pm.

Part-Time Engagement: Part-time candidates will be required for at least 3 half-days per week and for a minimum of 6 months.

Salary: Depends on prior experience.
