Introduction on the role:

This role is integral in driving the marketplace business by focusing on and merchandising strategies and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for (but not limited to) to drive sell out through 3P marketplace channel, product cataloging and listing across marketplaces and will also have to collaborate closely with the Merchandising and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.

What will you do

Execute product cataloging, individual and bulk listing, across all key marketplace portals.

Plan and execute Go-to-market calendar: Plan promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to achieve sales goals.

Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, proposes action plans, and identifies opportunities for sales growth.

Collaborate & partner with the global eCommerce team and the digital marketing team to review upcoming plans and set-up a roadmap for Crocs stores across all key marketplaces based on priority for our market.

Onboard new marketplaces

Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements. Enter data into relevant marketplaces, and update keywords.

Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes.

Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards and recommend solutions to maximize sales.

Who are you

Graduate/Post-graduate

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Relevant experience of 3P marketplaces will be additional advantage

Strong understanding of marketplace operations and reconciliation process

Excellent spreadsheet manipulation and modelling skill,

Good communication and presentation skills

Result driven, Team player
