Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist. The Information Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and managing accounts in the Information Technology industry. This will involve utilizing a deep understanding of IT products and services, as well as strong communication skills to build relationships with clients.

In-depth knowledge of the IT products and services offered by the company, including software, hardware, networking solutions, and other technology-related offerings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.

Provide accurate and competitive price quotes for products and services, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.

Have a basic understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services to communicate effectively with clients and address their concerns.

Gather and provide feedback from customers to contribute to product and service improvements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base

Collaborate with sales teams, account managers, and other colleagues to achieve overall company goals.

Qualifications

Strong background in IT Sales and knowledge of Information Technology products and services

Experience in lead generation and account management

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT related field

5 years Experience in the Middle East market
