Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources. The Human Resources Executive will also be responsible for implementing best practices and strategies to ensure effective human resources management to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage and implement HR strategies and practices

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience working in the IT industry is a plus
