We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in storage adminstration and remote infrastructure management

4+ years working experience in managing medium to large NetApp/EMC storage environment

Good experience in Netapp 7-Mode and C-mode administration/ Good knowledge of atleast 2 EMC enterprise class storage administration

Hands on experience in configuring storage replication and restoration methods.

Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 team

Must-Have Skills:

Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes

Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis

Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented

Preferable to have work experience on storage migration and storage upgrade projects

Responsible for SLA compliance

Good-to-Have Skills:

Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process

Technical Certification on Netapp / EMC is desired and preferred.

Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
