This full-time hybrid role of Brand Manager involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and execute strategic brand plans. The Brand Manager will lead and drive all marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. The role requires designing and executing creative campaigns and leading market research and analytics projects. This hybrid role is located in Amman with flexibility for some remote work.Qualifications
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
Experience managing and analyzing market research data
Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the insurtech industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
