Position Overview:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of
the human resources function within DESAISIV. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the achievement of our business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment and culture.
This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal
skills to effectively manage our most valuable asset – DESAISIV people.
Job Description:
● Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the
organisation's goals and objectives.
● Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of
new employees.
● Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance
reviews, and employee development plans.
● Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters,
including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs,
team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
● Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills
and capabilities.
● Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations, and maintain HR
records and documentation.
● Monitor HR metrics and analytics to track employee engagement, turnover rates, and
other key performance indicators.
● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and recommend innovative
approaches to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
● BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
● 3-7 years of Proven experience in HR.
● Understanding labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
● Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
● Strong ethics and reliability.
● Startup Experience is a plus.
