Job Overview

The Factory Manager at Cotton Concepts (CC) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing operations in our home textile factory. This role requires strong executive-level experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home textile industry. The Factory Manager will be based in Karur, Tamil Nadu, India and will work full-time.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 10 years of experience in a similar executive-level role in the home textile industry

Strong knowledge of merchandising and production in the home textile sector

Experience in stitching, weaving, sourcing, costing, and negotiation skills

Proven track record in people management, including workers' management and performance evaluation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle buyers and suppliers effectively

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations in the home textile factory

Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines

Ensure product quality and adhere to industry standards

Implement and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production requirements

Supervise and train factory staff, including production workers and technicians

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, merchandising, and sourcing, to ensure smooth production flow

Maintain and enforce strict safety and compliance standards in the factory

Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
