Project Manager - MEP & Structural

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - MEP & Structural to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing high-rise residential projects and a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) as well as structural engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 10 years of experience in project management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Structural Engineering

Proven track record in managing high-rise residential projects

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in project management software and tools

Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage high-rise residential projects from start to finish

Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment

Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards

Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Prepare regular progress reports and present to senior management

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes
