What you will do:

Help to shape campaign and BAU designs and its strategy, process, and goals.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand the requirements for various campaigns centered around founders, customers, employer branding initiatives, and much more.

Execute and Illustrate designs for diverse projects-offline events, merchandise, and sometimes ads.

Initiate ideas for social media and campaigns on your own, and lead it end-to-end.

You should apply, if you:

Possess 2-3 years of work experience in Graphic & Social Media Design, with a strong portfolio of creating designs for social media across platforms, topical designs, campaigns, offline events and merchandise.

Are good at presenting your ideas and concepts while interacting with the brand and marketing team.

Believe true learning happens at the water cooler conversations. We only do work from office (of course occasional work from homes harmed no one ever)
