The Amazon account manager can assist with setting up, planning, and executing a successful Amazon E-commerce campaign, and answer any questions we have about our Amazon account.
Role & responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account to maximize sales and profitability.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement on the Amazon platform.
· Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales performance, traffic sources, and customer reviews, to identify areas for improvement.
· Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align Amazon strategies with overall business objectives.
· Provide regular reports and insights to management on Amazon's performance, including sales trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
• More than 6 months of experience in Amazon Account Management
• Graduation or Post Graduation
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interactions.
• Proven ability to manage the business by the numbers. It must be metrics-driven.
• Experience devising and communicating administrative and procedural decisions
