Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Product Specialist at Camu in Chennai. The Product Specialist will be responsible for taking demos and understanding and managing customer requirements, coordinating with the sales team, and building effective customer relationships. The Product Specialist will need to be able to identify opportunities for improving the product, and successfully communicate them to both internal and external stakeholders.

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Qualifications

1) Sound knowledge on the Education ERP or From Education Domain with an experience of 5 Years

2) Good communication skills Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and customers

4) Past experience with taking demos or from a Teaching background.

Willingness to travel

Experience as a Product Specialist in the education industry is a plus

It would also be beneficial for candidates to possess knowledge of campus management systems
