Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - International Business to join our team at Beacon Group India. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing international business operations and expanding our market presence in various regions. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Navsari, Gujarat, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience in international business development and market expansion

Solid knowledge of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and medical devices

Proficiency in international business practices and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients

Experience in marketing and sales in the healthcare industry

Knowledge of Latin American and Southern African markets is a plus

Background in hematology and biochemistry is desirable

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute international business strategies to expand market presence in designated regions

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets

Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

Plan and coordinate international sales and marketing activities

Create and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and competitive advantages

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market share

Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales forecasts
