Responsibilities

Guide & Monitor the team activities in vibration analysis, Thermography.

Trouble shooting the exceptions.

Furnish the external, internal audit requirements on behalf of CBM.

Proper documentation of CBM activities.

In CHP, AHP area vibration data collection, report preparation, action taken report activities will be follow up & monitored, Day wise reporting to departmental functional head.

Preparing monthly, half yearly, annual presentation for higher Management

Calibration of lab instruments.

WDA contract implementation by coordinating with chemistry department.

Success stories to be presenting at departmental meetings.

In-situ dynamic balancing to be done as per the requirement.

Cold start up,after overhauling off line data collection,preserve the on line data of main turbine give a summary report to departmental functional head

Adherence to PPE's as per work requirements – Self

Shall report any near miss

Support activities of IMS, 5-S & SMS.

Qualifications

Essential Qualification : B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation

Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
