Responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities:**

Design and engineering of thermal power generation systems, including boilers, turbines, condensers, and associated equipment.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of thermal power plants to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Develop and implement procedures for safe and efficient operation of thermal power facilities, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Conduct performance analysis and optimization of thermal power systems to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.

Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve equipment failures and downtime.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of thermal power plants and identify areas for improvement.

Provide technical expertise and support to project teams during the planning, design, and construction phases of thermal power projects.

Stay abreast of developments in thermal power technology, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, maintenance, and environmental health and safety, to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
