Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years experiance at Chester Hills Solan located in Chandigarh. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, conducting audits, and providing financial advice to the company. The Chartered Accountant will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws, analyzing market trends, and providing financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and lead the team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel. Candidates should also have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
