Role & Responsibilities –

● Should audit regular day to day project activities,that includes videos, audios,etc,

● To conduct regular Feedback sessions for Agents and document the same and send report to

management and stakeholders.

● To conduct calibration sessions with operations and training team and clients for effective

understanding about issues and suggest areas of improvement.

● Generate daily, weekly & monthly Quality Reports and present it to management and

stakeholders.

● Should have proper understanding of quality parameters.

● Assistance for continual improvement

● Providing training to agents on quality parameters, KRA's and expectations

● Daily briefing

● Monthly assessment of agents

Qualification and Skill Set : 2- 3 years of experience in handling Quality process of relevant

industry/sector.

Education Qualification: Any Graduate(B.Com/B.Sc/BA/BBA) / Post Graduation not required.

Competencies Required:

● Should have good Oral and written Communication Skill

● Good Analytical and Logical Skills.

● Should have good Computer skills, especially MS Excel

● Should be able to do Pareto Chart Analysis

● Should be well versed with Quality tools.
