Company has foremost manufacturer supplier for critical rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded components for freight wagons, passenger coaches, locomotives and tracks

Company have four production units in Lucknow, Dehradun, Haridwar & Chennai spread over 100,000 sq. ft. of factory area in 250,000 sq. ft. of land, all units are ISO-9001: 2008 certified. Further we have sales offices in Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai.

Manager/Sr. Manager New Product Development (Rubber to Metal Bonded)

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Product development from simulation, design to validation.

Ø Customer interaction for new product design/development and failure cases.

Ø Development of design/FEA procedure, records, and trainings.

Ø Coordinate with top management regarding new product development.

Ø Process plan preparation, process sheet preparation, Master plan submission to Customer and to project managers & Engineering head, Material planning, BOM finalization.

Ø Dealing with purchase-QA-MFG-HR–P&A-MX- Store to support team members.

Ø APQP-Review drawings with line engineers and prepare the specification.

Ø Spec. meeting and kick-off meeting preparations ( Cell layouts, Cycle time study, Robots, Weld equipment and Jigs/ Fixtures calculations, Spare drawings, CTQ, Proto control plans, Process FMEA and child part quality standards)

Ø RFQ/ final data/drg. Issuance to suppliers

Mechanical Analysis :- (Ansys)

(CATIA V5, Solid works and UG)
