Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role responsible for leading and managing the sales team in achieving targets, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also provide market feedback, analyze market trends and competitors, and collaborate with other departments within the organization to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team

In-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and their applications

Familiarity with industry regulations and standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field

Experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry is a must
