Technical Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening, shortlisting, and recruiting candidates for various roles within ABITS. The Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews, handling scheduling and logistics, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

0-1 year of experience can apply for this role

Experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates

Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices

Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field

Experience in IT recruitment or a related field is a plus
