About Advith ITeC

Advith ITeC is a venture that merges finance consulting with technology, with the word ITeC standing for Information Technology enabled Consulting. We are building various tech tools to make finance consulting more accessible and have a dedicated team of individuals that are trained on tasks related to finance consulting and compliance management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role from our Centre in Udupi. As a part of helping our clients build strong business processes and automate them, we follow the process of discovery, documentation and customer success. This role would involve conversing with such clients, chalk out strong business processes, present & deliberate those processes, work with tools like Zoho One, Zoho creator etc to digitally enable those processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to gain deep understanding of their processes.

Document the processes and present to various stake holders.

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital process transformation strategy that aligns with the company's

overall business objectives.

Work to curate solutions using Zoho tools to achieve the desired digital objective.

Work with cross functional team of professionals to deploy the digital solution that suits the business objective

and the documented processes.

Identify risks and control points in a particular process; and work with cross functional teams to identify

solutions in Zoho tools to cover the risk areas and deploy the control points.

Prepare progress reports on the Digital transformation journey for the clients and update the project progress to

client and internal cross functional teams.

Act as a customer champion to ensure that the Digital Process Automation journey of the client is successful.

Qualifications and Experience:

MBA-Finance or equivalent qualification.

2+ years of working in a similar profile.

Keen interest in customer servicing and automation.

Ability to understand business processes, identify possible areas of digital enablement.

Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex process into actionable insights and recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Have keen interest in technology and digital process automation.

Have past experience of having worked in implementing software tools for various business processes.

Have working knowledge on Zoho suit or keen interest in learning various functionalities and its used cases

Excellent documentation skills.
