What You Will Be Doing

Actively participating in hands-on development, translating intricate requirements into streamlined, robust Java-based applications

Utilizing your expertise to lead the team in meeting delivery commitments, ensuring the release of high-quality software

Contributing to solution and architecture design while overseeing maintenance and support to guarantee client satisfaction

Basic Requirements

Java Software Engineer key responsibilities

At least 6 years of professional experience as a Java developer (excluding university courses)

Professional experience with front-end development (including CSS, JS, React, or Angular), Jenkins, and Docker deployments

Professional experience using generative AI tools (including ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
